Qualifications
B. Eng (Mechanical), Postgraduate qualification advantageous, MBA advantageous
Job related work experience
10 to 15 years experience in engineering management

Job purpose
To plan, direct, and coordinate the Production function of all manufacturing units, in order to meet the customer demand for high-quality products.
Qualifications
Production Management diploma or degree with a relevant technical qualification. A certificate in Project Management will be an advantage.

The SHEQ Inspector reports to the SHERQ Manager and is responsible for coordinating the Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety, legal compliance programmes and related issues within VCE.

The Business Process Administrator reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for coordinating data related to general and financial administration, Human Resource administration and Safety, Health and Environmental administration.
